Donations to the Two Brothers Memorial Fund go towards a variety of worthy causes that are close to our family's hearts.
We support: - the Matthew Brian Giannuzzi Fund that provides financial aid to students in need and helps to bring special programs to the current students at Holy Cross High School - the Luke Thomas Avolese Fund that provides scholarship money to student athletes playing football and/or basketball at Walt Whitman High School - the Wounded Warrior Project which provides free programs and services focused on the physical, mental, and long-term financial well-being of this generation of injured veterans, their families, and caregivers - the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention which works to save lives and bring hope to those effected by suicide - Camp of the Woods, the Avoleses' family vacation destination in Speculator, NY that seeks to build & strengthen Christian families |
- the Theology of the Body Institute that seeks to educate all on the dignity of the human person - the Sisters of Life who live to defend and pray for the protection of life in all stages - assist local student athletes to stay involved in athletics and make education a top priority - provide financial aid for college to worthy students who have high academic goals and proven success stories - other organizations and events that work for suicide prevention, seatbelt awareness, & building the Culture of Life See below for more information & pictures! |

Partnership Program
We make an annual contribution in Luke's name to the Partnership Program at Camp of the Woods, a Christian Family Resort & Conference Center in the Adirondack Mountains. The Avoleses have vacationed there for 30 years and it always held a special place in Luke's heart.

Laura is a graduate from the Institute & holds a Certification from their program and uses this knowledge to speak to seniors from St. Anthony's High School at the Senior Retreat on Wednesdays at Camp Alvernia in Centerport & on retreats for youth, young adults, parents, & educators.
